Justyna Izdebska, MD, PhD
Graduate of the Faculty of Medicine at the Medical University of Warsaw. Assistant Professor at the Department of Ophthalmology, Faculty of Medicine, Medical University of Warsaw, Assistant at the Independent Public Clinical Ophthalmology Hospital in Warsaw. He conducts didactic classes in ophthalmology with students of the Faculty of Medicine and the English-speaking Faculty of the WUM. He is the supervisor of the Student Scientific Circle operating in the Clinic. She deals with conservative and surgical treatment of anterior segment disorders and visual impairment. She has completed training at the London Vision Clinic, a research fellowship at the ophthalmology department of King Edward VII Hospital, Windsor (England) and a postgraduate course at the Barraquerra Institute in Barcelona (Spain). She participates in multicentre international clinical trials. She has participated in 2 KBN grants. Author/co-author of books and chapters in books, dozens of publications in Polish and foreign journals and papers presented at national and international scientific congresses.
dr n. med. Piotr Woźniak
Ophthalmologist, refractive surgeon whose main interests include laser vision correction and ocular surface disorders. He obtained his doctoral degree on the basis of a thesis entitled: "Selected modern methods of treatment of chronic conditions associated with disorders of the ocular surface". At VIDIUM MEDICA in Warsaw, he carries out laser vision correction, corneal cone surgery and oculoplastic procedures. He teaches medical students at Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University. He conducted research at the Department of Clinical Pharmacology at the Medical University of Vienna. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO), the Polish Ophthalmological Society (PTO) and the International Society of Refractive Surgeons (ISRS). He gained his clinical practice in Austria, Brazil and Turkey. Reviewer of scientific papers in English-language ophthalmology journals. Author of numerous presentations at national and international congresses.
