The Okulistyka 21 Foundation undertook research and training collaborations in 2016 with some of India's most renowned ophthalmology centres, including Aravind Eye Hospital, Sankara Nethralaya and LV Prasad.
Collaboration with the LV Prasad Institute in India included online training. There were also plans to collaborate on study and training trips to India. The web-based training consisted of the interested party receiving a short (1 slide) educational material each day to ensure continuous learning.
